Eulalona Chapter, NSDAR
We named our chapter after the first settlement in the area, Eulalona. It was chosen to represent an organization that is dedicated to preserving the history of our nation and community. When white settlers first visited the present site of Klamath Falls, Oregon, they found a populous Indian village at the lower end of the Upper Klamath Lake where its waters enter the Link River. Eulalona means “all along the top” in the Klamath tribal language.
